I developed this site while working at the Topeka AIDS Project facilitating a weekly group called STEY (Support To Express Yourself), which was a support and social group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.

At the time I was also working at an entertainment superstore, Hastings, in the software and book departments. One evening at Hastings I found a book and cd about MicroSoft FrontPage in the clearance section. I downloaded the software and went through the book to develop this site so local youth could find more information about the group more easily.
