One of my responsibilities while working as the HIV Prevention Program Manager at the Kansas Department of Health & Environment was to develop reports and documents requested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as part of the grant requirements for funding we received from the federal government. This is an example of one of the plans they required in connection with our funding in 2012.

The Jurisdictional Plan describes the overall HIV/AIDS epidemic in Kansas, statewide HIV prevention activities and programs, and statewide HIV care and treatment services.
