While attending WellSpring School of Allied Health to receive my certificate in massage therapy from 2009 to 2010, one of the classes in the curriculum was our Business class. The main project of the class involved creating a business plan based on a template in our Business textbook and providing a presentation on our business plan to the class on the last day.

Developing this plan helped me think through some of the aspects of establishing my own massage business that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Upon graduating from WellSpring, I did establish a successful home-based part-time massage business that I continue to keep running today.
